Population Scale
Bridging the gaps, from Last Mile to First Mile
Social Positive is built on more than 100 combined years of practitioner learning: who has the most, who needs the most, and how the sector creates real impact. We work alongside leaders to close the systemic gaps that stand between intention and impact at scale.

We helped steward $650 million of it across 55 countries, reaching 30 million lives. Here is what we learned about where the system breaks and how to fix it.
Four Gaps That Reduce Impact
Between the intention of social investment and its impact, four systemic gaps compound to reduce every dollar's effectiveness.
Needs to Funding
of capital bypasses highest-need communities
"We mapped CSR investments across India's 730 districts and found a near-perfect inverse correlation between need and funding. The same pattern appeared across 3,121 US counties."

Explore on ImpactScapeWhy Social Positive Exists
Built by practitioners who lived the problem
Social Positive was founded by Balaji Ganapathy, who served as Chief Social Responsibility Officer at Tata Consultancy Services and architected one of the world's largest corporate social impact programs: 55 countries, 188 partnerships, 30 million lives reached. The patterns he kept meeting there became the firm's founding thesis: capital missing the communities that need it most, strategies stalling short of the field, measurement rewarding what is easy to count, and proven solutions waiting years to scale.
He is joined by partners who met the same patterns from every other seat. Nandika Madgavkar spent 25 years connecting capital and communities at Citigroup, MetLife, and CECP. Patrick McCrummen led global community impact at DuPont and built Johnson & Johnson's first cross-enterprise corporate responsibility platform. Lavanya Chary builds the AI and data products underneath it all. More than 100 combined years inside the system, now building the intelligence infrastructure the sector deserves.
